Honestly, I wish I had purchased the Dreambox years ago. My husband even reused the crate it came in to create me a drying rack for my paintings! The construction of the box is very durable and the product is well made. I keep a list for needed products next to my Dreambox and am assured to no longer overpurchase. I am not repeat buying any more, when I run out of a product I know there are no others 'in a box somewhere'. It's so pretty!Įach section has like items, and over time I have grown accustom to where everything lives. Then used a label maker to identify the contents. I love maps, so not surprisingly, I cut out maps for the fronts of my messier bins and totes. I am also able to leave projects out until I get back to them. I can sit at the table and reach any item I need. The Crown Jewel of the room is my Dreambox. We did convert a 10x20' screen porch into an all season room for my studio. Studio in the basement and craft/ sewing room on the second floor. I, like a lot of you, have been working out of multiple bins and boxes in multiple rooms in the house. I wanted to use it and live with it first. I reserved my opinion a few months before giving my review on the Dreambox. Your customer service needs to do better! My surgery happened, I fully recovered and was back to work before the craft box ever shipped. I would not recommend others to purchase either, as the wait has been excruciating! I had originally purchased it so I could have it as a project while I was off fo surgery. I am very tired of waiting and afraid I won’t be ordering from you again, even though I had considered getting the sewing unit once it is available in Canada. I waited over 5 months for my Order to arrive, and now another month for the missing parts. To say that I am frustrated would be a gross understatement. I was also missing the ribbon rod cup holders, they were also shipped via USPS and they have gone on a misadventure, as well. I can’t use them because I don’t have a finished storage unit to put them in. They have been travelling who knows where for 3 weeks! I was also missing some totes, those were sent via FedEx (after the posts) and arrived only a couple of days after shipping. I have not been able to finish constructing my Craft Box!
